Handicapped Tags/Placards – An individual with a disability may request special license plates and/or hanging placards that allow the vehicle to park in handicapped spaces. You and your doctor must complete form VR-120. Your tags and/or placards will be available in 1-2 business days.
Personalized Tags – We can reserve and order your personalized tags (link to VR-164). Insurance – Any open insurance inquiry, whether it’s a violation case or not, will prevent you from completing most MVA transactions, including tag renewal and any title work. Tickets - Outstanding parking, red light, electronic toll, and speed camera tickets will prevent you from completing most MVA transactions, including tag renewal and any title work. After you have paid the ticket, the MVA must then be presented with a “flag release” from the issuing jurisdiction. Please call if you need assistance clearing your ticket flag.
MVA Administrative Fees – The MVA will charge you an additional fee to release each flag that results from failure to resolve a parking/redlight/speed camera ticket. You can pay the MVA administrative fee with us.
